Hassle Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. Please ensure to send your items back within 7 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for non-merchant-related reasons, such as size exchanges or personal preferences.
Using a Shipping Label Provided by Everydrops: Please contact our customer service team to generate and pay for a return shipping label(the cost ranges from USD $15 to $35, depending on Country and location), which will be deducted from your refund.
Using Another Shipping Company: Contact our customer service team to receive the return address details. Ensure you provide the tracking information once the shipment is made.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, all jewelry, intimates (including bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and items on sale are final and cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, email us at chenmuxie@doublecheck.vip with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending items back, as unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

Dealing with Damages and Issues
If you encounter any issues such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.
Exceptions
Please note that jewelry, intimates, gift cards, and items bought on sale or during promotional events are final sales and cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding specific items, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Remember, refunds might take some time to be reflected by your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note, that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional Information
Returning part of an order may affect your eligibility for certain promotions. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to the revised discount eligibility.
